a0a5bd555b More responsive key input 
Use biased select!, don't eagerly process lsp message since we want to
prioritize user input rather than lsp messages, but still limit rendering
for lsp messages.

3e5f24a9d5 lsp: support both utf-8 and utf-16 offsets. 
Still need to implement the clangd encoding negotiation, but it's
a start. Should also manually override to utf8 for pyls.
